Ristorante il Duetto-Raat in Stadel bei Niederglatt

"Ho cenato di giovedì in questo ristorante, suggerito da amici. Ogni giovedì c'è la cena Pasta più Pinsa a volontà a solo 35 CHF a persona. Puoi mangiare tutta la pasta che vuoi e tutta la Pinsa che vuoi. La Pinsa è simile alla pizza ma l'impasto è differente. Meno lievito e meno acqua la rendono più ipocalorica e leggera rispetto alla pizza. Stasera abbiamo mangiato la pasta Don Rodolfo ( pancetta e funghi con sugo di pomodoro) e la matriciana. Come Pinsa abbiamo mangiato quella prosciutto e funghi e la diavola ( con salame piccante). La pasta era squisita, non è avanzato nulla. La pinsa ottima sia nella preparazione ( ingredienti abbondanti) che nella presentazione. Il tutto veramente ottimo. Naturalmente vi è la possibilità di ordinare anche alla carta. Nel menù vi è presente anche un menù vegetariano, uno per bambini, ed a richiesta, lo Chef cerca sempre di accontentare il cliente. Il locale l'ho trovato pulito, luminoso, ben arredato, con un'atmosfera molto accogliente e calda. Cucina italiana con musica italiana di sottofondo. Il locale ha a disposizione 2 ampi parcheggi, con possibilità di ingresso anche con sedia a rotelle. Una terrazza esterna che viene usata prevalentemente durante la bella stagione. Disponibilità di affittare camere mensilmente per brevi o lunghi periodi, per questo motivo molte volte il titolare non sa quando si libererà la prossima camera perché soprattutto per i lavoratori stagionali magari nell'ultima settimana rinnovano l'affitto di un mese ancora. Un servizio completo. Posto adatto anche ai bambini, e gli animali sono ammessi. Che altro dire...serata veramente speciale in compagnia di persone speciali. Da segnalare che lo Chef è uscito dalla scuola di Gualtiero Marchesi ( noto Chef italiano multi stellato). Esperienza da ripetere. Grazie a tutti"

"Trotz seiner Abgelegenheit ein wahrer Geheimtipp! Exzellentes Essen und bester Service durch den sympathischen Biagio, der uns am Ende eine Runde auf Haus zum Geburtstag der Contessa meiner Frau spendiert hat. Das ist typisch italienische Gastfreundschaft, da können die Schweizer noch viel davon lernen ... daher gehen wir so gerne zu ausgewählten Italienern essen. Man schmeckt selbst, dass der Koch ein Italiener ist - wenn man dort einmal eine Pinsa gegessen hat, würde man nie mehr eine Pizza essen. Danke für den wunderbaren Abend und bis zum nächsten Mal.
